QA Analyst

QA Analysts are responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems. They work closely with the development team to ensure that the products being released are up to industry and company standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all teams.
  • Manage the development and implementation of software quality assurance best practices and processes.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  • Conduct audits and identify any areas of risk.
