Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Call Center Sales Agent responsible for achieving call center metrics and driving sales ecommerce revenue for clients.
● Assist customers in purchasing client products online, by walking them step by step through purchase, or building a custom cart and sending the link to the customer for purchase.
● When customer is unable to purchase online, create sales lead in CRM to be serviced by sales team
● Triage support and billing inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate channels
Basic Skill Requirements
● Understanding of technology industry
● Call center experience
● Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
Preferred Skill Requirements
● Experience as a sales representative in a call center environment
● Direct SaaS/Cloud/Platform selling experience
● Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience
● Salesforce CRM experience preferred
● Knowledge of solution-selling techniques
Local JLPT N1 equivalent, or native Japanese
-English at least B1 since 60-70% queue in English, while 30-40% queue in Japanese
-NO WORK-FROM-HOME option provided
-at least 1 year experience in BPO CS or sales
