Execute entire process of monitoring configuration | |||
Assist in isolation and identification of problem resolution on performance related issues | |||
Execute monitoring, analysis and continuous fine tuning of performance metrics | |||
Execute support and maintenance of performance monitoring to cater changes in monitoring configuration | |||
Execute POC of monitoring solutions with vendors | |||
Assist in managing capacity of performance monitoring platform to ensure the availability and expansion | |||
Maintain the health of the environment by keeping the environment with current upgrades and patches and troubleshoot issues associated with performance monitoring tools | |||
Participate in troubleshooting and analysis processes during the production issues. | |||
2. Project Management | Execution of projects to be on schedule , within budget and with the allocated resources | Execute performance related projects to deliver the desired results on schedule. | |
Produce reports and updates of project status | |||
Coordinate issues that requires escalation with external/internal parties. | |||
3. Financial Management | Assist to manage quotation and PO for monitoring activities | Budget tracking | |
4. Vendor / Stakeholder Management | Assist to review vendors performance periodically with the defined and agreed service levels in the contract | Maintain commercial relationship with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and Services. | Assist in managing service providers to ensure that they are adhering to the standards, processes and contractual terms and conditions |
5. Keeping abreast of industry changes in terms of innovation and best practices | Assist in exploring new and emerging performance monitoring technologies and products, services, methods and techniques | Enhancement of current tools and introduce new tools for monitoring | Assist in identification of new and emerging performance monitoring technologies and products, services, methods and techniques and the assessment of their relevance and potential value. |
