Job Purpose :
To provide support for Wintel Servers (Hardware and Operation System), Physical and Virtual Servers
The Engineer is responsible for:
24 x 7 availability to attend critical system issues
Install, and maintain Intel based systems.

Responsible to provide documentation server deployment, devices health analysis, capacity, cost configuration, utilizations, manuals, support & troubleshooting guide.

Server Operation and Support Review, maintain and monitor system reliability and performance.

§ Ensure daily review and monitoring of servers and infra components security. § Review and validate periodic performance reports to ensure capacity, performance and availability are at optimum level. § Perform Windows Updates according to planned patching schedule § Review and document changes to existing servers to avoid system interruption and business impact § Monitor and manage the resolution of problems within infrastructure, including identification of root cause analysis § Engage with Vendors and others internal teams for planned maintenance activities § Ensure operational documentations are maintained and updated regularly § Participate on Standby schedule § Participate on planned maintenance activities

System Design and Deployment
•Under minimal supervision partner with other teams to plan, coordinate, design, configure, install, and maintain Intel based systems
